Unlike most men, women like to wear tight skinny jeans and G-strings. Unfortunately, this produces more moisture in the vagina which in turn, the vulnerability of women to Candidiasis is increase. The recommended underwear to prevent the development of yeast infection is cotton underwear.

Finally, using feminine deodorant to cleanse your vagina will also increase your chances of having Candidiasis. The explanation is these deodorants most often have high acidity that kills both the good and the bad bacteria. In this case, the good bacteria cannot balance out the fungi that are responsible for the infection.
