Do you sometimes find it hard to pay attention to what is going on around you? Perhaps you read a chapter in a book but at the end of it you don't remember many of the details about it at all?

The reason for these lapses is that your brain is experiencing difficulty with concentration. You will find that this ability will serve you well in all parts of your life, in addition to when you want to make use of the power of your mind.

Once work on various brain exercises commences, you'll also see that your ability to process information becomes faster also. Many tasks will take much shorter than they ever have before. Your understanding of reading materials will increase significantly, eliminating the need to reread them to understand them. If you've had a hard time with particular cognitive functions before, it can feel like someone simple flipped a switch, and everything suddenly becomes obvious.
